Peace x Savage firmly believes in 4 daily wins to help you keep your mental wellness prioritized and peaceful. When broken down, the plan is simple. The follow through is what makes you a savage. Don’t think too much – just do what calls to you. Here are the sectors.
Mental: a mental win is an intellectual pursuit. This does not mean buckle down, write a thesis, and conduct an experiment that proves such a thesis. This means read… write… journal, paint, watch a documentary, create. Just find a way to put your mind to the test… even if it’s just a word puzzle on your phone.
Physical: this win can be as little as a walk through your local park or a stretch sesh. Please don’t underestimate the power of physical pursuit. Clear your mind by lifting, running, walking, stretching, playing an organized sport… anything physical that helps you release the stress we so often tend to hold back.
Emotional: this one’s important. Reach out and tell someone you love them. See how you can assist a beloved elder, or call a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while. Write a letter or heartfelt text to someone you care about. Overflow into someone who needs you, and feel the fulfillment that comes with it.
Spiritual: you have to believe in something. God, divinity, order, miracles, yourself… whatever it is that keeps you sane, motivated, and hopeful. Non-belief is for the weak-minded. This life means something, and your morals play a large part. Do the right thing, do yourself some justice, and follow a moral code.
