Mental health matters – we all know this. 

We know the concept of prioritizing ourselves and our own wellbeing, we know the basis of self care and caring for others… But do we all follow through? Do we even know how? 

It seems that many of us have fallen victim to one of two extremes: people pleasing, or fatigue and seclusion. A healthy medium is hard to find between work, family, friends, and other responsibilities. It often seems that when we choose ourselves, the people we care for become disappointed. Then we try the opposite, and we ourselves are left yearning… hurting. 

Protecting your peace in today’s world feels nearly impossible. Unless you’re a savage. 

Peace Savage fiercely prioritizes four core practices: communication, kindness, gratitude, and self care. We aim to be well-rounded individuals who come together for a common cause; empathy and understanding. We aim to practice proper boundaries while still doing our part in caring for others with the overflow we accumulate through independent healing.
